Kandace Johnson, AGACNP-BC

At Transcend Rx Aesthetic & Wellness Lounge we have a mission to preserve the strength, power, and virility of today’s man and woman through safe and functional regenerative medicine. Our office is conveniently located in the Fishers/Greater Indianapolis area. We specialize in wellness protocols and therapies tailored to your specific needs, all while offering a calm, relaxing space to receive your treatments.

Our Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, Kandace Johnson has a passion, drive, and focus for functional medicine and cutting-edge anti-aging therapies. After working for many years in the acute setting providing life-sustaining services, she realized that her commitment and vision is in preventing the occurrence of those diseases and conditions. She decided to undergo extensive research and education in health prevention and maintenance; not only to prevent disease but to enhance the quality of life. With this knowledge came the understanding that traditional healthcare often fails patients and does not provide the best options for care. Kandace believes that by using a regenerative medicine approach we can get the body back into balance as we age. She has confidence that in providing total body optimization will help her clients live their lives to the fullest through weight management, IV infusions, peptides, and hormonal balance.

Allison Snyder, AGPCNP-BC

Allison Snyder is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She graduated from Purdue University in 2010 as a registered nurse and later advanced her training to become a nurse practitioner. Before specializing in aesthetic medicine, she worked in primary care and geriatrics, gaining a deep understanding of patient-centered care and long-term wellness.

Now focused on Botox, dermal fillers, and anti-aging treatments, she combines her clinical expertise with a passion for functional and rejuvenating medicine, helping patients achieve natural, refreshed results.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and being with her family, making the most of every moment with her three young children.

Kristin Poske, RN, BSN

Kristin has been a Registered Nurse since 2007, receiving her RN, BSN from Indiana University. She has spent 15 years in Adult Critical Care with a great capacity for critical thinking and has chosen to shift focuses to Pre/Post-Op & PACU nursing as well as Aesthetics.

Kristin has received Basic and Advanced level Injectables training in Chicago, IL and most recently has taken further educational courses with Merz Pharmaceuticals. She is ambitious to develop additional skills and growth within the aesthetics field.

Kristin is excited to deliver client focused care while encouraging confidence and a positive self image for men and women.

Kristin is originally from Fishers, IN and currently resides here with her husband and three children.

Emily Abshire, RN, Board Certified Health Coach

As an experienced ER nurse of 20 years now, a certified Functional Medicine Health and Wellness Coach, I help people implement healthy lifestyle behaviours, through motivational strategies, functional nutrition, and mind body practices. Inspired by my dad, a forward-thinking chiropractor, my passion for health and wellness started at a young age. Now, my professionl expertise is guiding people towards finding optimal wellness – increasing energy, decreasing inflammation, reducing stress, and improving their quality of sleep. Many of my clients lose weight and experience a body, mind, and spiritual transformation.

Elisabeth McCarthy, RN

With 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have had the privilege of providing compassionate care to patients in a hospital setting. Throughout my career, I’ve nurtured a strong passion for both functional medicine and aesthetics. This passion led me to become certified in Botox and injectables in 2024, expanding my skills to offer a unique blend of care. I am excited to now be a part of the Transcend Rx team, where we combine cutting-edge aesthetics with medicine that finds and treats the root cause, creating a truly comprehensive approach to patient wellness and beauty.

Jamie Koontz, BSN, RN

Jamie comes to Transcend with over 20 years of experience as an RN, mostly in the emergency department. In the past several years, she has developed a passion for hormonal focus for those in midlife and beyond, as well as helping people discover ways to improve their lives and longevity. She appreciates and prioritizes a balance among various medical modalities and specialties, noting that most individuals thrive when all of their needs and concerns are taken into account.

On a personal level, Jamie is a busy mom of three teenagers and enjoys Disney, hiking, and concerts.

Marcie Wandel, Lead Front Desk Associate

Say hello to Marcie Wandel, the friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors! As our front desk coordinator, Marcie keeps everything running smoothly with a warm smile and exceptional organizational skills. With a background in HR, she brings a unique blend of professionalism and people-first focus, ensuring our clients and team members feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Marcie loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, trying out new recipes, and enjoying nature.

Jessica Perez, Front Desk Associate

With over five years’ experience in the aesthetic industry, Jessica brings a passion for beauty, wellness, and dedication to everything she does. Her unique background as a teacher and corporate trainer allow her to connect with patients on a personal level- educating, empowering, and helping them feel confident in their skin.

As a proud mom of four, Jessica knows the importance of balance and self-care. Whether she’s cheering patients on in their wellness journey or sharing insights from her own experience, her goal is always the same; to help others look and feel their best.

In her free time, you’ll find her planning her next trip, enjoying time with her family and soaking up all thing’s soccer!

Hi, I’m Amber Defabis! For the past eight years, I’ve thrived in fast paced environments as an executive assistant, mastering the art of organization, detail, and quick problem solving. I’m excited to bring that level of dedication to helping patients navigate their health journeys. In my personal time, you’ll find me working out, shopping, or enjoying precious moments with my two daughters.

Holly Lambert, Director of Business Development

Holly has always believed in the power of feeling confident in your own skin-and as a longtime Transcend Rx patient, she knows firsthand the transformational impact of aesthetic and wellness care. Her background spans salon management, corporate operations, and brand development, and she thrives on creating streamlined systems, memorable events, and experiences that truly connect.

When she’s not at the lounge, you’ll find her at concerts, fall festivals, or traveling with her husband and three boys.

Armani Brown, Esthetician, Laser Specialist

Armani Brown is a skilled esthetician with a strong background as a medical assistant, bringing a unique clinical perspective to every service she provides. Known for her precision and commitment to skin health, she a results-oriented approach, tailoring each treatment to meet her client’s individual needs. Armani’s expertise in professional-grade treatments and her dedication to continued education allow her to deliver the highest standard of care in achieving and maintaining optimal skin wellness.

Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys spending time at the gym being with her family, and walking local trails.

Abi Rapp, Esthetician, Laser Specialist

Abi’s approach to aesthetics is rooted in education, consistency, and real results. She has been practicing as a licensed aesthetician since early 2020 and has remained actively immersed in the industry ever since. Known for her love of learning, Abi is always expanding her knowledge and refining her skills to deliver treatments that are both intentional and effective. Her greatest passion is helping clients achieve visible skin improvements while building confidence through personalized care and maintaining client relationships!
